Onesport Mallorca shows the description and other technical aspects of the products based on information from suppliers. onesportmallorca.com makes every effort to ensure that the images (photos, diagrams…) of the products are as detailed as possible.
Any return or exchange may be made in the following cases: – within the legal period: the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product (from
the products) to indicate the intention to return. – in case of non-conformity with the products or services. The Client may make a return following the following procedure:
Communicate your intention to return by sending an email to order@onesportmallorca.com requesting your exchange and indicating your name, surname and order number. Our customer service will validate your request and send you a response by email.
The expenses derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return or exchange are borne by the client, in any case.
Prepare the package with the return or exchange
To send the product to us, a standard package or the original packaging must be used, including the invoice or your contact information on paper (name, surname and order number) inside the package. The returned product (or products) must be in the original packaging and unused. The return package will be sent to c/Cap Roig n.5 07470 Port Pollença (Mallorca).
Onesport Mallorca acceptance
Once the product is received, Onesport Mallorca will evaluate its condition. The products must be intact. No returns will be accepted if the products have been clearly used or damaged by the customer, and this condition makes their sale impossible.
Refund of your return:
The return or refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the package. An email will confirm the refund of your item(s).
Shipments are not managed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (national and local). For shipments to the Canary Islands we are not responsible for possible delays or incidents on the part of Correos.
